 Elm Grove Travel has been in the retail travel business since 1961. Our company is a locally owned, family run organization. We have had a steady and healthy growth over the years - attaining that growth not through advertising and solicitation, but through repeat business and referrals. Leisure Department
Our leisure agents have extensive travel experience. We have several destination specialist and CLIA Certified Cruise counselors. We pay close attention to detail and offer unique suggestions to enhance the travel experience. We make recommendations from first-hand experience.
Corporate Department
Our corporate agents specialize in business travel. They are attuned to the needs of the business traveler; including ways to reduce costs and make travel as effortless as possible. We offer all of the necessary tools for the corporate traveler.
Elm Grove Travel offers a toll free telephone number, a 24 hour reservation service, $100,000 of automatic flight insurance, and offer daily fare re-checks. We routinely seek the lowest fare at initial bookings; waitlist lower fares if not available, and investigate alternate routings to reduce the fares. Elm Grove Travel has a computer program that searches web fares as well as published fares to seek the best options for our clients.

Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Elm Grove Travel is a member of ASTA (American Society of Travel Agents), MAST (Midwest Agents Selling Travel) and RESULTS. MAST and RESULTS are consortia that uses the buying power of the entire membership to negotiate discounts with hotel, car rental companies and other suppliers which are then passed on to our clients. Our Discount Hotel program offers our clients substantial reductions on most major hotel chains as well as many independent hotels. We also offer special car discounts and upgrades and have several negotiated rates with airlines.
